We want you to understand, in layman terms, all aspects of your property. We encourage you to be there when we do the inspection so we can tell you what we are inspecting, what we are looking for, what we are finding, and above all, so you can ask questions. We work for you, our client. We also want you to be satisfied that you have the most amount of information about the investment that you are about to make. The inspector will point out problems and explain them to you as well as show you the good points of the property.

We do not generate a 5 page report that is printed on the spot with a bunch of technical jargon that you cannot understand. It can be stressful and confusing enough going through the process of buying a house without having to try to understand a report in language that you cannot understand. Our reports include photographs of problem areas with explanations of what was inspected. We also will give you a copy of the report on CD, along with a Maintenance manual to keep your home in top shape, an overall summary of the report, access to our website with the ability to email your report in PDF. format. We take time and care in preparing property inspection reports for our clients. After the inspection, we sit with you and go over every detail of the report. This insures that every real estate inspection we conduct produces a report that you understand thoroughly. We know that informed clients make better decisions.

Testimonials

Bart's Experience

My wife and I used Sea City Inspections for two prospective homes.  What impressed us the most was the inspector’s thoroughness, and also the way he explained his findings to us afterward in a way that was easy for beginning home buyers like ourselves to understand.
