Sea City Inspections is owned and operated by a 24 year veteran Battalion Chief with the Corpus Christi Fire Department.

I have to know all construction types, also methods and systems to apply the techniques for firefighting and rescue/life safety.  Over the years, it became very apparent that many, if not most, people did not know or understand about their home and the systems within them.
